The Executive
The Foundation's Executive team is lead by the Chief Executive.
After 15 years at the helm, Mr Stuart Kenny retired as Director General on 30 June 2010. His post has been replaced by a new Chief Executive - John Lewis who joins the Foundation on 9 August 2010, read the press release.
Three Executive Directors report directly to the Chief Executive. All four Directors attend monthly meetings of the Board of Management.
The Heritage Foundation employs 163 staff (staff numbers to 30 September 2009) from a wide range of professions including surveyors, accountants, marketers, nurses, farm workers, foresters, cinema operatives, bar and catering staff. Working to an annual Business Plan, the Heritage Foundation's financial year runs from 1st October to 30th September.
On a day-to-day basis, the Directors line manage the Foundation’s operations, its departments, charitable enterprises and subsidiary companies.
